1. About these terms
These terms set the conditions for using YOU GAMES SOFT TENNIS (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to them.
2. Accounts
To check membership, the Game creates an anonymous account for your browser. We do not ask for your name or email. Your coins, items and settings are also backed up on our server. If your browser data is erased or you change devices, use the transfer code from Settings → "Transfer (new device)" to bring everything back (a code works for one year). If you have no code, members can contact us and we will restore the membership.
3. Coins and gacha
- Paid coins are bought with money; free coins come from playing. Free coins are used first. Coins cannot be exchanged for money.
- Coins are kept on your device and backed up on our server. Paid coins are not refunded except as described in the Payment Services Act notice.
- Gacha rates are shown on the gacha screen in the game.
- Gacha items are cosmetic only and do not change how strong you are.
4. Membership
Monthly membership: ¥480 per month (tax included); Yearly membership: ¥4,800 per year (tax included). Renews automatically every month for Monthly membership, every year for Yearly membership until you cancel. Cancel any time from "Manage membership" in the game (Stripe customer portal); you stay a member until the end of the paid period, and there is no refund for the rest of the period. First-time members get the first 7 days free (a card is required to sign up; cancel within the free period and you are not charged). Non-members can play 3 match per day.
5. Minors
If you are under 18, please get your guardian's permission before signing up. Monthly limits by age: Under 16: ¥5,000, 16 to 19: ¥10,000, 20 or older: no limit. Guardians may contact us to cancel.
6. Prohibited
Breaking the law, cheating (editing data or traffic), interfering with the service, or reselling accounts.
7. Changes and ending the service
We may change or end the Game with notice. If we end it, membership ends and there are no further charges.
8. Disclaimer
Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage from interruptions or data loss. The Game depends on outside services (Cloudflare, Stripe).
9. Law
Japanese law applies.
